Done for ip4 mag, this illustration was born from the need of speaking the truth for portuguese (and perhaps a lot more) people. JOTA are all those young folks who go to youth politic parties with the goal of easy social/political climbing. The letter J in portuguese is called JOTA and means in the political parties acronyms Juventude = Youth.

The central figure is inspired by pinocchio, a puppet, like JOTA, in the hands of bigger political player.

"JOTA, The puppet who wanted to be a real prime minister."
The illustration structure was guided by the golden spiral.
see it here, in a portuguese online magazine called IP4.
